Οδηγίες χρήσεως των διαφόρων παραμέτρων. Μέρος 1ο: Οι Ενέργειες Ελέγχου.

Οι ενέργειες ελέγχου που διαλέγουμε και η σημασία τους: Υπήρχαν διάφορες καταχωρημένες και δεν γνωρίζω για όλες τον ακριβή σκοπό τους και προφανώς μπήκαν κατά την διάφορα διάφορων επιδείξεων και δεν ήταν κανείς σε θέση να μου απαντήσει. Είναι γεγονός ότι η εταιρεία άφησε τον Κεντρικό τομέα της Αθήνας για πιλοτική δοκιμή τελευταίο από όλους. ΥΓΕΙΟΝΟΜΙΚΟΥ ΕΛΕΓΧΟΥ» όταν κάνουμε κάποιον υγ, έλεγχο και μετά δεν κάνουμε κάποια ενέργεια από το γραφείο αλλά γράφουμε τις παρατηρήσεις μας στο βιβλίο υγειονομικού ελέγχου του καταστήματος. Μπορούμε αν θέλουμε να κρατάμε με καρμπόν αυτά που γράψαμε στο βιβλίο υγειονομικού ελέγχου στο κατάστημα και να τα μεταφέρουμε στην οθόνη των αποτελεσμάτων ελέγχου. Καταμετρείται στα στατιστικά στην στήλη «ΣΥΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ».
20 «ΣΧ. ΚΑΘΑΡΟ – ΕΓΓΡΑΦΟ» η ίδια περίπτωση με την παραπάνω, αλλά σε αυτή την περίπτωση συντάσσουμε έγγραφο συστάσεων είτε γιατι το κατάστημα δεν είχε το σχετικό βιβλίο ή για άλλο λόγο. Καταμετρείται στα στατιστικά στην στήλη «ΣΥΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ».
21 «ΠΡΟΘΕΣΜΙΑ» όταν θέλουμε να δώσουμε προθεσμία
2 «ΕΠΑΝΕΛΕΓΧΟΣ» όταν θέλουμε να δώσουμε προθεσμία. Η ίδια ακριβώς χρήση με το 21._ Επειδή προϋπήρχε αυτό το είδος της ενέργειας και είχε παρόμοια χρήση εξακολουθώ να τον υιοθετώ.
22 «ΚΛΕΙΣΤΟ» όταν βρίσκουμε το κατάστημα κλειστό

24 «ΑΝΕΤΟΙΜΟ – ΕΠΙΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΤΙΚΩΝ» όταν ένα νεοϊδρυόμενο κατάστημα διαπιστώνουμε ότι χρειάζεται πολλές εργασίες και χρόνο απαγορευτικό για τα όρια που επιτρέπεται να μείνει στην Υπηρεσία μας και θα πρέπει να επιστραφεί ο φάκελος των δικαιολογητικών στην εκδούσα αρχή.
25 «ΔΕΝ ΑΝΕΥΡΕΘΗ» όταν η διεύθυνση που έχουμε για να κάνουμε έναν έλεγχο είναι λάθος και δεν βρίσκουμε το κατάστημα.
28 «ΕΡΓΑΣΙΕΣ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟΥ» όταν σε συνδυασμό με το είδος ελέγχου 128 «ΕΡΓΑΣΙΕΣ ΓΡΑΦΕΙΟΥ» δηλώνουμε στο σύστημα ότι «μένουμε μέσα».
29 «ΟΥΣΙΩΔΗΣ ΤΡΟΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΥΓ. ΟΡΩΝ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑΣ» Ότι ακριβώς εννοεί και η Α1β/8577
30 «ΕΓΓΡΑΦΟ – ΕΚΘΕΣΗ» Ένα έγγραφο το οποίο είτε μνημονεύει και συνοδεύεται και από την αντίστοιχη έκθεση είτε είναι από μόνο του μια έκθεση με τον τρόπο που είναι γραμμένο. (Δεν έχει μπει στον αλγόριθμο των στατιστικών για τις συστάσεις).
31 «ΕΓΓΡΑΦΟ» Έχει γενικότερη χρήση και μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί περισσότερο για την παροχή πληροφοριών ή υποβολή ερωτήματος. (Δεν περιλαμβάνεται στον αλγόριθμο των στατιστικών για τις συστάσεις)
32 «ΣΥΣΤΑΣΕΙΣ» Αν και η περιγραφή αυτή είναι πολύ κατανοητή με την πρώτη ματιά, είναι πολύ ασαφής για το τι είδους συστάσεις είναι τελικά. Δεν το έχω συμπεριλάβει στον αλγόριθμο των στατιστικών γιατί προφανώς εκεί ζητάνε τις έγγραφες συστάσεις. Εμείς άλλωστε συστάσεις κάνουμε παντού και πάντα όπου και να πάμε. Δεν συνιστώ την χρήση αυτής της ενέργειας.
33 «ΠΟΙΝΙΚΗ ΔΙΩΞΗ» και 10 «ΠΑΡΑΠΟΜΠΗ ΣΕ ΕΙΣΑΓΓΕΛΕΑ» Και τα δύο αυτά υπήρχαν και αποφάσισα να τα χρησιμοποιούμε είτε το ένα είτε το άλλο στις περιπτώσεις που κάνουμε μήνυση.
36 «ΣΥΜΜΟΡΦΩΣΗ ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΟΥΣΙΩΔΗ ΤΡΟΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ» πολύ συγκεκριμένη η περιγραφή και υπολογίζεται στα στατιστικά στην σχετική στήλη.
37 «ΣΥΜΜΟΡΦΩΣΗ ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΑΝΑΚΛΗΣΗ ΝΟΜΑΡΧΗ» πολύ συγκεκριμένη η περιγραφή και υπολογίζεται στα στατιστικά στην σχετική στήλη.
39 «ΕΓΓΡΙΣΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑΣ ΟΣΤΩΝ» Η έγκριση που δίνουμε στα νεκροταφεία για μεταφορά οστών αφού επιβλέψουμε την απολύμανση.
40 «ΕΓΓΡΙΣΗ ΜΕΤΑΦΟΡΑΣ ΣΟΡΩΝ» για όσους ασχολούνται με την μεταφορά σωρών.
5 «ΔΕΣΜΕΥΣΗ ΤΡΟΦΙΜΩΝ» πρέπει να υπάρχει εφόσον είναι νομοθετημένη στην ΚΥΑ 15523
6 «ΚΑΤΑΣΧΕΣΗ ΤΡΟΦΙΜΩΝ» πρέπει να υπάρχει εφόσον είναι νομοθετημένη στην ΚΥΑ 15523
7 «ΚΑΤΑΣΤΡΟΦΗ ΤΡΟΦΙΜΩΝ» αν ποτέ γίνει
12 «ΠΛΗΡΗΣ ΣΥΜΜΟΡΦΩΣΗ» για όλες τις άλλες περιπτώσεις συμμόρφωσης που δεν αφορούν τους κωδικούς 36 και 37.
14 «ΔΕΙΓΜΑΤΟΛΗΨΙΑ» Αν κάνουμε και δειγματοληψία. Το τι είδους δειγματοληψία κάνουμε αυτό θα διευκρινίζεται από το σχετικό είδος ελέγχου.

Παρακάτω σας παραθέτω και μια σειρά από ενέργειες ελέγχου που είναι καταχωρημένες και δεν γνωρίζω την σκοπιμότητά τους και δεν τις χρησιμοποιώ εγώ τουλάχιστον και δεν υπολογίζονται καθόλου στον αλγόριθμο των στατιστικών:
