Στην παρούσα μορφή του, το portal δίνει τη δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης της πορείας μιας αίτησης και του status των δικαιολογητικών (σε λίστα, χωρίς σύνδεση με επιδόματα ή αιτήσεις) που έχει υποβάλει ο συναλλασσόμενος, αλλά όχι της συνολικής καρτέλας του συναλλασσομένου και των μητρώων του, όπως θα έπρεπε.
Θα πρέπει να εμφανίζεται ο τύπος του κάθε μητρώου στο οποίο είναι ο συναλλασσόμενος και όχι γενικά στο μητρώο Πρόνοιας ή Υγείας. Επίσης, θα πρέπει να εμφανίζεται συνολικά σε μια καρτέλα, και όχι διαχωρισμένα σε Υγεία και Πρόνοια. Τέλος, θα πρέπει να υπάρχει δυνατότητα drill down σε κάθε μητρώο.
Ο χρήστης μπορεί να δεί επιπλέον τις επαγγελματικές άδειες και τα επιδόματα των οποίων είναι δικαιούχος
