Υπολογισμός, Πληρωμή Επιδομάτων
Πως γίνεται ο υπολογισμός ποσού στην πληρωμή επιδομάτων;
α. έχουν ημερομηνία έναρξης μικρότερη ίση τις 1/7/2008 και ημερομηνία λήξης κενή ή μεγαλύτερη ίση της 31/08/2008. (παλία μητρώα)
β. έχουν ημερομηνία έναρξης μεγαλύτερη ίση τις 1/7/2008 και ημερομηνία λήξης κενή ή μεγαλύτερη ίση της 31/08/2008. (νέα μητρώα)
γ. έχουν ημερομηνία έναρξης μικρότερη ίση τις 1/7/2008 και ημερομηνία μικρότερη ίση της 31/08/2008 ( μητρώα που δικόπηκαν).
Για τον υπολογισμό του ποσούυπολογίζεται πόσο χρόνο ήταν ενεργό το μητρώο και όταν
α. το μητρώο ηταν ενεργό για ακέραιους μήνες το ποσό είναι ίσο με τον αριθμό των μηνών επί το μηνιαίο ποσό.
β διαφορετικά υπολογιζοναι οι ημερολογιακές ημέρες που ήταν ενεργό επί το μινιαίο ποσό δία 30 συν τους ακέραιους μήνες.
Όπου ημερολογιακές μέρες είναι οι πραγματικές μέρες που ήταν ενεργός ο επιδοματούχος στον μήνα ( ο μέγιστος αριθμός ημερών του μήνα , 30 ή 31, μίον την ημέρα ενεργοποίησης, προσθέτοντας 1 ώστε να υπολογιστεί και η ημέρα ενεργοποίησης).
Το ποσό ανα ημέρα υπολογόγίζεται στο μηνιαίο ποσό δία 30.
Έστω ότι το μηνιαίο ποσό είναι 287 ευρώ
Παράδειγμα 1 από 25/7/2008 εώς 31/08/2008 :Ακέραιοι μήνες = 1 ημερολογιακές ημέρες = 31 -25 (+1) = 7.
Έστω ότι το μηνιαίο ποσό είναι 287 ευρώ
Ποσό = 1*287 + 7*(287/30)
Παράδειγμα 2 από 25/9/2008 εώς 31/10/2008 :Ακέραιοι μήνες = 1 ημερολογιακές ημέρες = 30 -25 (+1) = 6.
Έστω ότι το μηνιαίο ποσό είναι 287 ευρώ
Ποσό = 1*287 + 6*(287/30)
Υπάρχει και η δυνατότητα (μετά από παραμετροποίηση) να γίνεται υπολογισμός, όλων των μηνών του χρόνου, με 30 ημέρες.
Παράδειγμα 3 από 25/7/2008 εώς 31/08/2008 : Ακέροιοι μήνας, μετά από παραμετροποίηση όμως, =30 -25 (+1) =6.
Έστω ότι το μηνιαίο ποσό είναι 287 ευρώ
Ποσό = 1*287 + 6*(287/30)
Παράδειγμα 4 από 25/9/2008 εώς 31/10/2008 : Ακέραιοι μήνες, μετά από παραμετροποίηση όμως, = 30 -25 (+1) = 6.
Έστω ότι το μηνιαίο ποσό είναι 287 ευρώ
Ποσό = 1*287 + 6*(287/30)
Η στρογγυλοποίηση των ποσών γινεται πάντα στα 2 δεκαδικά ψηφία.
