Τα ΕΛΤΑ μπορεί να στείλουν και επιπλέον απαντητικό αρχείο με επιταγές που είχαν χαρακτηριστεί ως επιστροφές και τελικά πληρώθηκαν. Ο χρόνος αποστολής του επιπλέον απαντητικού δεν είναι καθορισμένος και το σύστημα των ΕΛΤΑ μπορεί να στείλει επιπλέον απαντητικό αρχείο περισσότερες από μία φορές και σε άγνωστη χρονική στιγμή ( π.χ. μετά από 1 χρόνο).
Ως αποτέλεσμα των παραπάνω η διαδικασία φόρτωσης του αρχείου των ΕΛΤΑ ορίζεται ως έξης :
1. Ο χρήστης ελέγχει, εφόσον το επιθυμεί, το πρώτο αρχείο πληρωμών-επιστροφών στο σύστημα, από την οθόνη Θ. Έλεγχος Αρχείου Ε.Λ.Τ.Α. (Κ., Β., Θ.).
2. Ο χρήστης φορτώνει το αρχείο πληρωμών-επιστροφών, από την οθόνη Ε. Εισαγωγή Αρχείου Πληρωμών (Κ., Β., Ε.).
3. Ο χρήστης ελέγχει την απόδοση, από Γ. Εκτυπώσεις Νέο!!! (Κ., Γ., Α.)(Τύπος Εκτύπωσης : Ονομαστική Ολοκληρωμένη, Συγκεντρωτική Ολοκληρωμένη, Οικονομικές).
Το κλείσιμο του διμήνου μπορεί να γίνει άμεσα, από την οθόνη Ε. Εισαγωγή Αρχείου Πληρωμών (Κ., Β., Ε.)και έναρξη διαδικασίας.
Τα επιπλέον απαντητικά αρχεία , ελέγχονται (από την οθόνη Θ. Έλεγχος Αρχείου Ε.Λ.Τ.Α. (Κ., Β., Θ.)) αλλά δεν φορτώνονται στο σύστημα. Ο χρήστης μπορεί να ενημερώσει χειροκίνητα το σύστημα (από την οθόνη Ζ. Ενημέρωση Εγγραφών πληρωμών (Κ., Β., Ζ.)) εφόσον δεν έχει κάνει κλείσιμο διμήνου.
Εάν έχει γίνει κλείσιμο διμήνου , καταχωρεί αρνητικές διαφορές ποσού για τους δικαιούχους των επιταγών που χαρακτηρίστηκαν ως επιστροφές αλλά τελικά πληρώθηκαν.
