Διατάξεις / Υπογράφοντες 2.
Καταχωρείτε τον Τύπο Αίτησης και τον Κωδ. Εγγράφου, επιλέγετε Καταχώρηση/ Αναζήτηση.
Στην καρτέλα Νομαρχίας Διατάξεις, καταχωρούνται οι διατάξεις στην παράγραφο Γενικές Διατάξεις, ξεκινόντας την αρίθμιση από το 2.. Αν χρειάζεται να καταχωρηθούν και άλλες διατάξει ςκαι δεν υπάρχει χώρος τότε επιλέγει στην κάτω παράγραφο Ειδικες Διατάξεις. Αν και στις Ειδικες διατάξεις ο χώρος δεν ειναι αρκετός τότε στην επόνενη παράγραφο επιλέγει Επιπλέον.
Μπορεί να επιλέξει Υπογράφοντες και να καταχωρηθεί ο υπογράφων την απόφασης π.χ. Ο Διευθυντης και το ονοματεπώνυμο, και η κοινοποίηση π.χ. Στον ενδιαφερόμενο.
