Μήπως έχει γίνει κάποια αλλαγή? Δεν βλέπω κάπου επιλογή λειτουργίες.

Θα μπορεί η Διευθύντρια να βλέπει όλες τις αιτήσεις που έχουν καταχωρήσει οι υπάλληλοι ανεξαρτήτως σε ποιό επίπεδο είναι; Η ίδια θέλει να έχει μια εικόνα για τις αιτήσεις πριν φτάσουν στην ίδια για την απόφαση (χωρίς βέβαια να έχει δυνατότητα πρόσβασης για κάποια αλλαγή).

Στο κεντρικό μενού της εφαρμογής, στην επιλογή «λειτουργίες» παρατίθενται εργασίες και οθόνες αναζήτησης που αφορούν σε συγκεκριμένους χρήστες με ρόλο ή αρμοδιότητες προϊστάμενου – τμηματάρχη. Μία από αυτές είναι η «αναζήτηση αιτήσεων» η οποία επιτρέπει την αναζήτηση του συνόλου των αιτήσεων που έχουν υποβληθεί στην υπηρεσία. Τα αποτελέσματα εμφανίζονται σε μία λίστα και ο χρήστης έχει την δυνατότητα να πλοηγηθεί στην αντίστοιχη οθόνη της αίτησης.

Δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα τις Λειτουργιες θα τις βρεί (Γ. Διαχείρηση Εργασιών Γ. Λειτουργίες).
